After a remodeling that increased both the club's comfort and capacity, Vnuk's has quickly established itself as one of the city's better live music venues. Covered with hardwood and with a cavernous space for customers, the South Side bar is far more spacious than most of the music spots located closer to downtown. Vnuk's offers an eclectic array of music, from up-and-coming death metal bands to once famous punk bands. Vnuk's manages to mix a little bit of hipster cool with Cudahy charm.

Enjoyed the Liberty Bluegrass Band at Vnuck's in Cudahy, WI. Some might say it is a south side bar but they sure brought in some top rate performers Friday night . Chris Knight has a new fan.

davidmyoloff - 04/22/2007This place is a smokey divey southsiders lounge, the bands are great on the ocassions I've visited but I've also heard many of the bands that play they complaining about non payment for their services. Which in my opinion makes the owner a crook. The bouncer is also kind of a turd too. Other than that not a bad place for a beer...
- sosidebubbler - 08/23/2009We were at Vnuk's Friday night to see the tallest and best bluegrass band in the land. "Liberty Bluegrass Band" We also had the pleasure to sit thru a Chris Knight Show. What a performer we might have all been in a Cudahy bar but you soon forgot your surroundings when Liberty stepped on that stage and Chris blew us away and then took us on a tour of the green river,his home town, family and 90 acres and left us with a highway junkie. The sound was great we're looking forward to an encore.

mnies94405 - 02/23/2002my wife & I have been going here for about a year & a half. Friendly bartenders,GREAT JUKE BOX, excellent beer selection & good original music bands on Saturdays.a nice lounge to visit any time!
