But you can enjoy this French restaurant for any important meal; its dark green walls and wood-framed antique mirrors are visual reminders of this restaurant's permanence in the sometimes volatile Seattle restaurant scene. The menu, dotted with French staples such as escargot, onion soup and beef tenderloin with foie gras and truffle sauce, would be familiar to any Parisian.
