Seasoned owner Marco Casas Beaux -- aided by the Midas touch of celebrated chef Marianne Zdobysz -- has devised a seductively dim, shockingly affordable dining room, a haven in these oh-soy-healthy times for those who live by the motto, 'Damn the low-density lipids, full speed ahead.'
Here, even the menus are leather-bound. Start with the deep-fried empanadas (including ground beef), the signature salad (adorned with smoked pork loin) or matambre (vegetable-stuffed flank steak). Hungry and indecisive patrons should make straight for the parrillada mixta, a veritable 'carnecopia' of delights including ribs, pork, steak, chicken, sausages and sweetbreads, served up with magical fries, tender veggies and chimichurri sauce, redolent of garlic and chili. Wash it all down with a bottle of Argentinean Malbec. As in much of Europe, in South America patrons start late and stay long, so don't rush the dining experience. Not so hungry? Or a wayward vegetarian, perhaps? While away a few hours at the bar, sipping on mojitos and swaying to the sexy tango soundtrack.

Seattle Steak at its best

I am a very big fan of steaks and fine dining. One can only get so much of Ruth Chrisâ steaks before wanting something different. This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend of mine and also by the concierge at my hotel. Ambiance was great, service was exceptional and the food was to die for. They sport a plethora of wines to go along with their famous rib eye. Definitely, a MUST for tourist and an obligation for steak lovers.

A Wonderful Experience
i dont really tend to write any reviews, but i sure do read them all the time. I always like trying out new restaraunts. I can honestly say that my exeperience at buenos aires grill was exceptional from start to finish. I had a large party of 20 people for my birthday and they were very pleasant to deal with and the staff was very curteous and prompt and the food was really something else. I have been there before and everything was great but i kinda expected with such a large party that we may run into difficulties but everything went very smooth. Everyone enjoyed the food and we all had a great time. By the way about half the people ordered the filet but i had the skirt steak and it was very good.
Better than hoped
The food was as I had heard, a red meat heaven.
But the bonus was trying very interesting and affordable wines from their wine list. The suggestions by the staff had us trying wines we wouldn't otherwise see.Bad Experience
On arrival, we got seated right away because we had made reservations. But it took the waitress a half an hour before she came over and talked to us. Then after ordering, it took them 2 hours before our food was done. This is not the place to go if you are in a rush!
Very Authentic

I stopped in one week after returning from the real Buenos Aires. The beef was top notch and the hospitality and friendliness matched that of the Porteños (Buenos Aires natives). Portions were smaller, and prices quite a bit higher than in Argentina, but that is to be expected. The chicas were almost as good looking, too!
Heard many comments

My friend went there and said she enjoyed it so I'm thinking of going my self
