Bad service

I had issues with timely service - late all the time - issues with billing - got billed for the wrong product more than once - and had issues with communications - I could never get a fax sent to me for confirmation and once I did receive a fax it was so poorly writen - were was used instead of where - their was used instead of there - I didn't want my printing comany to be handeling my business card if they would be making these kind of mistakes.
