I had a horrible experience at this Salon. Way overpriced for services given. Christy is rude and talked about herself the whole entire time. I asked her for a certain look and she didnt give that to me AT ALL. Did what she wanted and not at all what I wanted. The receptionist was on a personal call when i arrived and they were very rude. I will never go back there again..they make themselves out to be bigger then they are.

i have recently had a spa day which included hair services. I thought the staff and my services were superior.Lisa did my facial and it was the best facial i have ever had.Christy did my hair and my highlights.I've been told that she made me look 10 years younger.Mimi did my pedicure and i was so relaxed i fell asleep!Maritza did my massage and it was unbelieveable!!!!!!! she got a lot of knots out of my body and i feel a lot better! The ladies at the front desk were courtious and very friendly. They offered me refreshments as soon as i checked in.Very relaxing day for me i would highly recommend this salon to others!

very disappointed

I was very disappointed with Christy's. She is unprofessional and has a poor business sense. Made an appointment for color and highlights and was assigned to "Christy", was given a salon book with prices inside. She talked me into additional services which was fine, but before she was finished with me, her next appointment arrived so she left me with wet, unstyled hair to start - never to come back. Additionally, She charged an extra $55 for services performed - when I asked the receptionist about the prices, she said "Your appointment was with Christy" and I said "and?" Her reply was that she's more expensive because she’s the owner. When I said that I wasn't told that, she said, "Oh, I guess I should have told you." Will not recommend or return.

Unprofessional

Tried facials, haircuts & color, nails, & massage. Massage was good until I bought a packaged set of 4. Very overpriced @ $170/90 minutes! Can go elsewhere for same massage @ $95. Lisa the esthetician burned my face in 3 places while she was busily burning my ears w/unwarranted gossip. {This salon is owned by her sister. Meow.} Had to get microdermabrasion nearby to correct this @ $2,000 & counting. Hair ended up crooked & highlites were a blotchy mess; guess they wanted to match my blotchy face. Nails were the best part but again this salon thinks they have a McLean zip code. I've seen people walk in, look @ the price brochure, turn around & leave which is what I should have done! I don't usualy have anything negative to say about a business but in this instance the public needs to know their people DO NOT understand chemicals & therefore be forwarned.
