Poor Service
gberg33 - 02/20/2007I ate there twice and won't go back. The first time I ordered a banana split and it came without a banana. The next time I got an entirely different sandwich than the one I ordered. Their waiters don't know what they are doing.

ekunka - 01/20/2007Although we love this place (food is very good and selection is great), the last few times we have had mediocre service. Specifically, the wait to have someone take our order has been unusually long. When the waitress finally came over (each time , in-fact), she was surprised someone had not already taken our order. Hopefully, they will rebound and get this back in order (no pun intended)!

ton0305 - 03/08/2005My 9 year old daughter and I went to Silver Diner for the first time last week. The menu is full of options for everyone. The staff is very friendly and the strawberry shortcake is to die for!! They make it the old fashioned way with buttermilk biscuits.
I must say this is now one of our favorite places to eat.
We went to the new one in Greenbelt, MD.
