cuzzy cuz played there with poppy and the smelly drunk dude in the wheelchair got mad at their jam and was hollering at them and throwing coins at them.but now cuzzy cuz is drinking steel reserve with the winos.and poppy is austin guy.

I have gone to the white rabbit a few times and it ROCKS!!!! I loved every band I heard, For that small space it sure packs in a great lineup of bands! I love the place.

while i have only been to "the RABBIT" a few times i must say that the music is absolutely stellar! i have been to record release parties there and have seen a few local acts as well! everyone that i have run into is absolutely amazing and friendly! dont let the 47 inch mohawk spikes and chains hanging from noses fool you! music lovers come in all shapes and sizes. HEY. sometimes you gotta stand behind the horse and let it kick! thats why i suggest at least one evening at the white rabbit! hop little rabbit hop, to the white rabbit today! satisfaction for your ears is a definate!

If I could, I would have given this place negative stars. Seriously, this place is a dump. I do not see how they meet the safety or health standards of the city. Besides never spending any money on up-keep, they also do not spend any money on the sound system, nor do they pay the bands the money they deserve. If you have ever been inside - or smelled - the restrooms, I am sure you totally understand this rating. The restrooms are disgusting; the women’s restroom never has toilet paper, it is covered in graffiti, never has soap, and none of the doors lock/close. The men’s (from what I have heard) is covered in urine. It can be smelled from many feet away. This “music club” reminds me of those seedy bars from the movies - the kind where prostitutes like to hang around. I am somebody who appreciates and supports San Antonio's music scene, but I would never support this dump. By the way, from what I have heard, the owner takes all of the money earned at the club and blows it on alcohol (and who knows what else). My advice: steer clear of this club and go to one of San Antonio’s other better clubs like Sin 13, Communion, or even Sam’s Burger Joint, and from what I have heard, Club Rive is really good too.

Great place to see great unsigned bands, too bad nobody goes to see them. I think owner needs to play a bigger part in promoting the club instead of relying only on the bands themselves to draw a crowd.

Although the shows have been great you need to consider going to Bond 007's downtown. Support local music (no cover charge--wow).

The Rabbit always has the best, and the Deck out back is the best to hang out at.
