Connoisseurs of pizza have long accepted that the trinity of American pizza is New York style, California style and Chicago style. As its name suggests, Trilogy Pizza & Wine Bistro effectively brings the three under one roof with gourmet diversity. Its airy dining room offers a color scheme of golden hues and burgundy accents that is easy on the eye. Sidewalk dining is also available. Trilogy is, in essence, a tale of two bistros. By day, it sees its share of family diners and local business people who opt for self-service, a quick slice and/or salad. By the evening hours, the eatery's metamorphosis is complete. Out come the linen tablecloths as jazz rules on the restaurant's sound system and creates an upscale atmosphere with full-service. On the menu, you'll find customer favorites like West Coast shrimp pizza with pesto sauce, a four-cheese blend and succulent sauteed shrimp or the hearty, deep dish Capone with Italian sausage, pepperoni and rich marinara. (No drooling, please.) Other non-pizza offerings include pasta alfredo and the wine lovers plate -- an assortment of morsels ideally suited to wine sipping. Trilogy provides more than 30 domestic, French and South American vintages to complement its cuisine.

Best Pizza in Town

The 2 people that got sick are probably use to Chucky Cheese since they have kids and there stomach are not use to good food. This is the best pizza I have had since I came back from NY on a trip. It is the closest I have found. The price is excellent not over priced. Do the math people.
I esp like the fact I can walk to get it :-DAdd CommentMy new hometown favorite
Moved here from Virginia last year and found Trilogy while house hunting. It has become a favorite for romantic dinners out, entertaining out of towners, and picking up something for movie night at the house. Service is always excellent, and the food is the best value in San Antonio. The Texan Pizza and the Wine Lovers appetizer make for a good evening.
Best Chicago Style I've had in Texas

My wife and I lived in Chicago for 8 years before moving to San Antonio. Before Trilogy, we couldn't get anthing like their pie without going back to visit Chicago. I'm guessing the bad reviews here are from someone trying to give Trilogy a bad name for personal reasons because the pizza is always good here.
GREAT PIZZA!

My family and I love the pizza. It has alway be consistently good. The take out is just as good as dining there. The only draw back it he very, very long wait to get a table on a Friday night. With small children it is difficult. Other than that we really enjoy the food.
mediocre

There was nothing out of the ordinary, just a mediocre pasteboard pizza at an inflated price. Beer was cold. Not Pizza Hut but not much better.
Very bad... 2 of us got sick
We ate the pasta wtih sausage and a piza. The two of us that ate the sausage with pasta got sick for 2 days. The pizza was overpriced and not as good as other pizza available in town.
Deciding that we should give it a second try to make sure it wasn't a fluke, we tried again with the same results. The pizza is so-so and quite expensive... especially if you have kids.
KGAn employee

I would just like to say, "Thanks so much for ya'lls love and support!" I'm currently employed at Trilogy and I also love the pizzas we offer, and I"m glad to know that people are enjoying them as much as I am. So...the next time you come in it might be me making your pizza =P!!
P.S. I hope that ya'll continue coming back to Trilogy and continue to enjoy the foods as much as I like making them.AMAZING!
I just moved to San Antonio was pizza is one of my favorite foods but am kind of tired the normal Pizza Hut or Papa Johns so was looking for something new and definately found it! Trilogy is an experience everyone's taste buds will enjoy!
Good Pizza
We moved here a year ago from the Pacific Northwest. There were a lot of good pizza places there. when we moved here, we were challenged with finding other good pizza places. It tookus a year, but I think we found our good pizza place at Trilogy. We had the Texas pizza.
