Always outstanding. Elegant atmosphere, tremendous service, and prime steaks.
Fantastic Restaurant
I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner~ we went during the week, so the crowd was not thick or uncomfortable. Our cocktails/drinks in the lounge were generous/large. My steak (12 oz filet) was perfectly cooked and seasoned, but the side dishes were a la carte. I was disappointed at first because I didnt want to pay for each individual side, but when they arrived with the meal- they were enormous! Do not plan to finish your own~ share with other members of your party! The mashed potatoes & broccoli were fantastic with very good texture, but the potatoes o'grauten were too cheesy, and it tasted too much like Velveeta (which i wouldnt expect in a nice steakhouse of this caliber). The wine portions were Not fair, regardless of the glass size, and for the price per glass, I was expecting a larger serving. The staff was very courteous & the service was attentive and prompt- we had no problems with our waitstaff whatsoever. Your menus are not placed at the table when you are seated, so dont fret! They come with the waiter's first visit~
And finally...(because I feel that this feature can make or break a dining experience)...the bathrooms were elegant, simple, and very clean. Great restaurant for special occasions or business clientle...but not for kids. Regardless of how close this place is to the ballpark, I'd recommend more than shorts & t-shirt~A fabulous place
Beautiful, great steaks and side dishes, excellent wine list, dessrts a must, can't wait to go back
Impressive Spot
Vic and Anthony's serves good-sized, tasty steaks and some seafood, in an upscale atmosphere in the heart of downtown. Definitely make reservations, as the wait can be quite lengthy otherwise. If they could manage to space the tables further apart to reduce the noise level from surrounding tables, it would greatly improve the intimacy. Prices are high, but portions are large.
More than Steak

Two different trips and service outstanding on both occasions. We were in a hurry for Rockets game and staff accomodated us completely. Quality steaks but presentation lacking a little. Atmosphere very good. Excellent Bar. A bit pricy but a great evening out. Recommended highly for downtown.
Just OK
I was impressed with the restaurant's decor, but the steak and service was average and too pricey for what you get.
