Our family has been serving up fantastic barbeque in Houston since 1964. A natural evolvement at Demeris was the establishment of a catering division in the early 80's. Demeris Catering is now the 3rd largest caterer in Houston as listed by the Houston Business Journal Book of Lists. We have the staff and experience to accommodate functions for as many as 20,000 people. With the advent of the catering division, we brought on a whole new line of menus. PRed226 - 06/06/2008My wife and I were there 6/5/08. The brisket was dry. The thin sauce did little to help.
Also the strangest "ribs" I have ever seen. I large rib bone "with several shory little soft bones on one end"

dpvernon - 05/18/2004What a wonderful BBQ. The sauces is great but it doesn't hide the meat. The brisket has enough marbling that it is not dry like most of the places in town. It is unbearable to know I've got an 8 hour meeting, the good news is Demeris BBQ is being served.
