Generations of Carrabba family recipes that started in Italy, were dredged through Louisiana, then lasso'd into Texas, are on the menu. Look for Italian classics, fresh salads, wood-fired pizza and house specialties like Scampi Damian or Tagliarini Picchi Pacchiu, a fine pasta in a sauce of crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil. Complement your meal one of their fine wines.     I love the Pollo Rosa Maria entree too!! It just melts in your mouth. It is to die for! I like mine with the garlic mash potato's, and boy is it filling. 2 big grilled chicken breast, and the sauce..OMG..very delicious!! and they give you 2 big scoops of the garlic mashed potato's, too! If you haven't tried it, then put it down on your must to do list! We live in Sugar Land, so that is the one we go to, and the wait staff are so friendly.

    I love Carrabba's! My favorite dish is their Pollo Rosa Maria! It is so mouth watering delicious. Pollo Rosa Maria
    Grilled chicken breast stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, topped with mushrooms and a basil lemon butter sauce.
    My husband and I took our family and friends there and now it's their favorite Italian Restaurant! All the food is just great, and also very filling! You definitely get your moneys worth there! Not to mention the great, friendly staff..always.

    If there is a special occasion or just an occasion of any kind my wife and I dine at the Carrabbas on Hwy 6 near 529. The food is outstanding and the staff is the same. For my money this restaurant can't be beat.

    I ate at one Carrabbas near voss and it was awful. The best run one I know of is on bay area blvd in clear lake. They sometimes have an off the menu item: Rainbow trout with wolf sauce and garlic roasted spinach as a side - ONE OF THE BEST MEALS I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY 52 YEARS ON THIS PLANET!!!! No lunch on weekdays, opens at 3 PM.
