skineeedipper - 01/20/2005Wonderful in every way except the restaurant demands that only one ticket will be written per table. They refuse to give you seperate tickets no matter what the reason may be. The management or owner should be aware that this is poor customer service due to themselves!

danield734 - 11/03/2003Such nice surroundings; such unpleasant staff. I went with a group of about 16 on Sunday, Nov 2, for a friend's going away party. From the minute we walked in, the staff regarded us an imposition and the place was not even busy. We were assigned one rude waitress for the whole group. The service was absolutely rotten. And they had the nerve to add a 15% tip to the bill! Most of us are never going back. Cafe Express basically has the same quality food and they serve it with a smile.
