It sits quietly on the northern tip of an unassuming strip mall at the corner of Lovers Lane and Greenville Avenue. Inside, twenty and thirtysomethings mix in with the locals at a horseshoe bar that juts out from the north wall. Video poker, Golden Tee and bowling machines sit on either side of the low lit room with all types of music emanating from the jukebox nearby. A group of about six pool tables draw the shooters in the group for a couple of friendly games while others sit at several booths making soft conversation or checking out one of the dozen or so TVs. The bartenders are nimbly pouring some of the stiffest drinks in town to a loyal clientele that has followed them from their original location just on the other side of the intersection as it was bulldozed to make room for the massive Central Market parking lot. And so the show goes on.
