This ritzy coffee bar and cafe on the border of far North Dallas and the well-to-do suburb of Plano serves up great coffees flavored with all sorts of liqueurs, as well as other alcoholic beverages. The menu offers light, gourmet grazing-type dishes like salads and smoked salmon. Groove to the beat of live jazz on Thursdays and acoustic music on weekends. The decor is sleek and contemporary, while the outdoor garden with its waterfall, urns and fish pond is the place to be when it's not too cold or too hot to sit outside. The clientele is well-heeled and varied in age. This upscale part of the Metroplex, with its gated communities and showy houses, isn't particularly known for cool bars, but in Obzeet's case an exception is made. -- Kathryn Jones

    This is the best place for cocktails, coffee, dessert, business lunches, after hours and much more. Plus, check out the cool gift shop. The food is amazing.

    I travel to this area frequently. Obzeet has the best espresso in town and a totally cool atmosphere.

    Never would one think that a place of the like could exist in the heart of suburbia's Poster-Child! Obzeet is a decidedly cool-n-quaint little spot with a unique ambiance & festive personality! (...kind of exotic feeling too!)
    The live music is (usually) pretty good.
    Be forwarned however, that the food is NOT their best talent! (And while the desserts LOOK mouth-watering, on several occasions, I have been dissappointed by their days-past-their-prime quality!) Stick to liquids, and you'll have a fabulous experience here!
