A long time Park Cities breakfast spot, Kuby's bustles with dirndl-dressed kellnerinnen serving up authentic German house specials. Kasseler rippchen (double-smoked pork chops) and several schnitzel plates, pork and chicken, top the local favorites. Watching piled-high reubens being eaten by others have you drooling as you wait for your triple order of plump bratwursts. Everything is served with a healthy helping of kraut, a mound of red cabbage and that ever-sumptuous German potato salad. All of the authentic recipes are straight from the German culture. There's not one thing on the menu you wouldn't want to try -- it's all tempting and the prices aren't outrageously inexpensive. Dessert specialty? You guessed it: German cherry chocolate cake. Kuby's is quite a popular place especially on weekends, but the wait is short. Browse in the adjoining deli for some German specialties.

Have eaten there many times over many of years. Food is usually good. Service...well it depends who you get. They have one older gal in there that can be the rudist waitress you have ever had. SO WATCH WHERE YOU SET!

Not as egalitarian since many of the German wiatresses have retired but great (I mean GREAT) Wurst Plate and good decent food at good decent prices. It's not a showplace, just a great place to eat. They've scaled back the Deli and Grocery Store, but that's OK since I can get just about anything I want as a walk in at GermanDeli.Com in Southlake anyway.

Very good food and very good service. Try the Roladen, my favorite, almost like my mother used to make them.
