The owners of this restaurant have an obvious Elvis fetish; the King's presence is almost as strong as the frozen margaritas. Elvis probably wouldn't mind his name juxtaposed with fried chicken, as it is on the menu. Every Wednesday, Elvis fills the chairs as the chef pays homage to the King with the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo, a platter consisting of three enchiladas, rice and beans, and a taco with guacamole. If painting is more your thing, there's plenty of Mexican folk art on the walls. This place has a loyal clientele and tends to get packed, especially in summer, when the patrons like to sit and chew their blue corn chips on the ample patio and cool off with the frozen margaritas. -- John Vega

Richard's Review
Chuy's has been our favorite Mexican food place in Dallas for over 20 years. Their margarita's are the best in town. Their queso sauce is also the best in town. Everything on the menu is wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable. It is not your regular chain restaurant fare!

A fun place to eat, to walk around and see the decor and people. Food and service was average.

Anyone who doesn't love Chuy's is crazy! This is an awesome and laid back place to enjoy unique and traditional mexican entrees. There is something for everyone!

Classic Tex-Mex. Great Chile Rellenos! Texas Martini is the best margarita in town. A fun place to eat. This location is just as good as the original on Barton Springs in Austin.
HDee's Review

This is some of the best mexican food I have ever had. Falling just short of my ex mother-in-law Ms. Gonzales. The chicken enchiladas were Yummy! I also like the fresh salsa and chips. Very good. But my husbands favorite is the beef (bone-in) stew. Thank you.
