Had been a frequent patron of this establishment. Last visit encountered POOR, POOR service, over cooked and tough
steak, tepid entrees and a waiter who could be the poster boy for
the " I've Go a Big Chip on My Shoulder Club". Credit card was overcharged. Will never return. Perhaps "Ruth" needs to anonymously dine in her own restaurant and see what the lay of the land really is.
Skip this place. You'd be better satisfied with a 10 bag of Krystals. Both fares are comparable and the Krystals are cheaper!Poor Service and Food
betsywbeazleyrn - 02/20/2007We eat at high end restaurants frequently. In June we had a double birthday celebration at the Nashville Ruth's Chris. My husband odered fried potatoes. The potatoes were burned. They smelled and tasted burned. My husband sent them back. The second order was the same. Everyone at out table- ~14 people- agreed that the potatoes were burned and smelled terrible. The manager came to our table and was rude to my husband and said that the potatoes were exactly as they should be! Later when my husband was walked out of the restroom, the manager and two servers were right outside the bathroom door making fun of my husband. We will NEVER go to Ruth's Chris again.

expensive excellence
dmfsings - 01/23/2007My wife and I can't imagine anything much better than our experience here. However, the price was pretty extreme. But, then, we knew that going in so we just enjoyed every morsel in spite of the cost.
Nice atmosphere that is surprisingly not exceptional.Overcooked Steaks
