The Pig of Beale not only brings trend-setting music to Beale, but brags big when it comes to barbecue. These guys are proud of their pork, claiming that they are the only joint on Beale that cooks on site, while other restaurants start with frozen, pre-cooked ribs and packaged sauces. Whether this claim is true or not, the club easily earns the title of pork with an attitude. The kitchen provides the barbecue recipe freely, the '50s environment is casual, and the jukebox ain't too shabby at all.
