Best Steak and Salad in Town

I have eaten at Hermitage Steak House regularly for 10 years and hope to continue for years to come. It has one of the best steaks in this town. Always cooked perfect and so tender and with a flavor to die for. The salad bar has many items you won't find on other salad bars such as smoke oysters, anchovies, whipped cream and a specialty fruit each time. The waitresses have been there 20 + years too and know everyone by name and what you like. There is not a turn over as with most restaurants...again says they are doing something else right there with their people.

Hermitage Steak House also has value coupons you can purchase that most dont' know about that helps with your meals and gives you up to $14.00 I think it is off when you buy 2 meals...dont' quote me on the amount, as I don't have my coupons in front of me but I think that is the amount.

Will I eat there again !!! YES!!! Will it be soon !!!! YES!!! will I continue telling others about this great little HOMETOWN Steak house, YOU KNOW IT! I had rather go there than any other Steak house in this town and I think I have tried most!

This little hole in the wall may not be the fanciest place in the area but they do have a great piece of meat. I suggest you get the filet and they will cut it to your size if you would like a larger piece
not fancy no table cloths but I have always been impressed with how the beef has been cooked. as a bonus the salad bar does have smoked oysters I have never seen that on a salad bar before. The bartenders have always been friendly and generous
the bar is small but most folks don't go there for cocktails only.

Simple menu. Straight-forward. Uncomplicated. They are good at what they do. Delightful experience. Local flavor.
