Pie In The Sky Pizza was founded in Franklin, Tennessee by Kelly and Caroline Black. After months of arduously researching ingredients and recipes from across the nation, they developed what they felt wasn't just a great local pizza but rather one of the best pizzas in the whole country. The neighbors who were lucky enough to sample their new creation enthusiastically agreed. On February 14, 2001, Pie In The Sky Pizza opened its doors and moved to a new location just three years later. Our new restaurant features a full-service bar, HDTVs, a 60-person private party room, slice bar for the kids and seating for over 200. Visit us at Pie In The Sky Pizza for great food and great fun.

Ssheil4 - 07/10/2008I'm from Boston where we have a pizza place on every corner it seems and really good pizza is hard to find in TN. We found this place by accident and love it! The sauce is not too sweet - nice atmosphere - good restaurant for kids. They give them dough to play with and they can watch the pizzas being made. We don't mind traveling from Old Hickory to Franklin to have good pizza - it's worth the trip! I would definitely recommend -

My wife and I stepped out just thinking we were going to the same ole pizza joint, but we were pleasantly surprised with the restaurant and service. They had what they called a "Dough Bar" set up that our little one just loved. Topped with the great pizza it made our dining experience such a treat.
Pie in the sky definitely lives up to their name!Crust and sauce were great!

Your mouth will water for weeks from the flavors....you will refuse to brush your teeth and love blowing your breath in your friends face and say.....Just GUESS where I have been......! ITS too good to be limited to 2000 characters in this review......I am shutting this down and getting in the car and headed to COOL SPRINGS ! FINE FINE FINE.....you WONT be disappointed....and wish you could come everyday!!!!! BRAVO BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!Best pizza in town
