Only in Orlando does upscale stripmall get dubbed Restaurant Row. And while Bonefish Grill is a chain, its fresh Florida fish rivals any authentic local joint. And it's always done your way. First, choose your fish from several just-caught selections -- mahi-mahi, trout, sea bass, grouper or tuna, among others. Then pick the preparation: Would you like the warm mango salsa topping, Portobello piccata sauce, garlic gorgonzola butter or lemon basil sauce? Or one of five other choices, maybe? The rainbow trout is particularly tasty when encrusted with pistachio and parmesan. But if you can't figure out the best combinations for yourself, your server will be happy to offer suggestions. An Oscar preparation with crab, cream and asparagus isn't listed on the menu, but if you ask, the chef will oblige. There are a few chicken, steak and pork options on the menu, but seafood is definitely the highlight. The atmosphere is casual but polished, with exposed brick walls, linen-topped tables and art glass enhancements. -- Terry Ward
