After 35 years on Belair Road, Bo Brooks relocated in June 2000 to spacious new digs in the revitalized Canton area. Its location in the Baltimore Marine Center allows you to take advantage of waterfront dining with perfect sunset views, both inside and outside. A floating pier has seating capacity for 200 and is an island for themed parties and an open-air bar during summer.

Bo Brooks is for serious crab eaters who want the crustaceans dumped right on the table and don't mind dropping the broken shells in buckets on the floor. Options for those who don't partake in crab feasting are limited to sandwiches, including tuna, chicken and jumbo lump crab cake, and other seafood items like shrimp, calamari, oysters and clams.

As a classic crab house, Bo Brooks maintains the importance of a neighborhood feel and delivers hot, big blue crabs full of sweet steamed meat. Phone ahead to check out the prices and sizes for the day. To avoid long lines try to arrive before 6PM or after 8PM. -- Denise Iacangelo

If you come to Bo Brooks expecting good service, hot, delicious food, heavy crabs, fair prices or a well run business, go someplace else, this is not for you. This is the definition of tourist trap. there are plenty of places in and around Baltimore that will take better care of you and won't pick your pocket while they are doing it. AVOID!

It seems that the resteraunt has gone through some great changes. The service and food was great. Very nice staff, and the crabs were delicious. I will definately be returning!

I had a really long wait for my crabs. Wait staff did not check in during the long wait time. When they finally arrived, the crabs were bad (there was the tell tale amonia smell) When I went to complain to the managment, I noticed the kitchen was very dirty with dead crabs on the floor. I would never eat there again.
