Located in the industrialized North End of Columbus is this friendly, family-oriented, decades-old tradition. With comfy private booths, big-screen TVs at the bar, a clearly designated nonsmoking section and CD jukebox, Pizza House has stayed in tune with the times. The pizza is a favorite with many and comes in dozens of variations -- sizes and toppings. Toppings include salami, anchovies, black or green olives and banana peppers. Don't pass by the spaghetti, veal or chicken Parmesan, lasagna and other noodle genres. Subs, sandwiches, soups and salads round out the menu. Keep coming back and your picture might end up on the wall as a repeat offender, er, regular. -- Sandra Gurvis

Best Pizza
For the people that said that people spit in food & drop it on the floor & give it to customers must be a ticked off fired ex worker.
I worked at pizza house for a couple of years back in 1993, I had NEVER witnessed anyone drop or spit in someones food! & I know most of the current workers. That is just stupid!
What I did witness while working there is customers that love the food & the service . Nothing to say but good things!Comments(0)|Add CommentGood with the bad....
My husband and I went to pizza house for the first time this year, after having horrible experience at a place just down the road. We LOVED IT! We have since become repeat "offenders" ;) The food is great and that first time we were there the service was GREAT!! The girl was very knowledgeable and you could tell she really enjoyed talking about the pizza house past and present. She said that she had grown up on pizza house and we laughed because she was much younger than us. She then told us about the history of the owner, and how he was actually the first employee of the first owners, also how pizza house started in a house across the street. She told us to read the dispatch article on the wall. The food was great. Since then we have been back and had other servers. The experience wasn't the same but the food was still good. When you go, get the "fondue" and ask for Arica.
