Shootz is a pool shark's dream come true. With 18 pristine pool tables, seven TVs and lots of yummy grub, it's a safe bet that you'll love the place even if you aren't a billiards junkie. Want proof? When rock icon Prince was in town, he chose Shootz as the location for his after party. Perhaps it was his love of pool that drove him there, or maybe it was the plush leather couches gathered around the cafe's working fireplace that sealed the deal. With a menu of savory snacks, including quesadillas, tacos and specialty pizzas, Shootz offers more than your average pool hall. The crowd is diverse; college kids, pool pros and business types can be found sipping brews and sharing munchies at the bar on any given night. You can play pool for free on Sunday nights, but it's best to get there early and reserve a table before the sharks come in. Who knows? You may even pick up a game of 8 ball with a certain petite, purple-pants-wearing celeb.

Waitstaff was very rude and abrupt. They seemed to be miffed that they were asked to bring food and drinks. Granted they were busy, but they should still be able to do their jobs. On the up side, the food was very good and not too expensive. Oh, the place was also very warm when we were there.
