This top-notch establishment is the largest and the classiest among its peers that populate the Delaware Riverfront. A frequent recipient of the industry local and national awards, Delilah's multitasks with a 60-foot runway, an eight-foot, well-stocked humidor, a reasonably priced steak menu, and plasma TVs for game-watching. The showgirls don't merely grind against the pole topless (although they do that, too) -- they put on elaborately choreographed, sometimes gravity-defying shows. Delilah's offers an extensive wine list, top-shelf liquor and champagne. If you're hungry, there's a menu full of steaks (filet mignon, rack of lamb, New York strip, steak paired with shrimp), plus shrimp tempura, steamed mussels, and crab cakes. The touted Express lunch special (11:30AM-3PM, $9.95) gives you a choice of items such as the Kobe beef burger, roast pork sandwich, or a lamb wrap. The two Coors Lites of Yuengling Lagers are included in the price. There's an elaborate (and free) happy hour buffet from 5 to 7PM on weekdays. Delilah's loves sports fans and conventioneers. Showing a hotel key or a game ticket stub gains you free entrance. For everyone else there's a cover charge starting at 5PM (the amount varies during the week).

  • too planned- not very laid back

    Review rating : 2out of 5   Bella Irsh - 06/20/2008

The club itself was nice, but the energy and atmosphere was too "stiff".

The girls weren't very friendly. They came up to me and my boyfriend for money and left immediately. They stuck to their routine and we could tell they weren't comfortable with any type of change. I probably wouldn't go back.

  • Save the Couch Dances

    Review rating : 2out of 5   ARomano21 - 06/20/2008

This is the only place in Philly where you cant touch the girls during a couch dance, I'll never go back. If it's your first time in Philly, go to Club Risque or Cheerleaders, thy have the hottest girls and you can touch them.
