Located in a strip mall next to the Burger King and Toys R US right off the entrance to the I-95 South, Cheerleaders is decidedly nondescript on the outside but has the makings of a classy joint nonetheless. Its best distinguishing feature is the lovely champagne lounge called the Bubble Lounge, all plush couches and gauzy curtains. The rest of the complex houses a topless sports bar that also sells cigars, adult DVDs, and standard bar food. The game watching aspect runs strong: there are 10 high-def plasma TVs, pre-game and post-game parties, and beer and appetizer specials during the games. We're not talking just football -- Cheerleaders is big on basketball and boxing events as well.The Hard Hat happy hour (Mon.-Fri. 4-6PM) features the $3 Coors Light. There are wet T-shirt contests at halftime during Monday night football, plus half-price wings and onion rings. Cheerleaders offers several bachelor party packages, from the free entrance and cash bar to the open bar and buffet specials ($50-$70 per person).
