don't be fooled

I have read other reviews on sites and am amazed at the smoke screen. Directors and owners are reviewing their own companies under the disguise of parents. My child used to attend this school and I was completely disappointed by the care provided at the cost of tuition. Most days I never knew where my child would be or who would be caring for them. The turn over of staff is extremely HIGH. Parents never knew half of the teachers names. I was upset especially on the caliber of teacher they would hire. I guess anyone can get a job here. No credentials. No surpassing expectations. Bare minimum standards. Staff are not trained properly on caring for children. No one on site is trained in CPR. All training according to the teachers is done by mail order videos on their own time with no instruction from a professional. That to me is dangerous. I now trust my child is cared for by another school with high expectation and quality care. I am sorry to not have done more research before taking my child to Kidz Quarterz. I am sad to have been fooled by good first impressions and the smoke screen. My child is happier elsewhere.

We were very unsatisfied with this facility - I would not recommend it. We found a different facility where our child is much happier.

This facility has small, structured class rooms with teachers that care! The turnover rate is low and the children are happy to be at school. Staff are trained annually in fire safety, first aid, and child care. I would recommend this facility for your child!!
