Portland has its share of good Irish pubs, but here's your chance to toss back a pint at Oregon's only authentic Scottish watering hole. The owners scoured, searched and even shipped over memorabilia to recreate a traditional Highland's bar. Guinness is poured alongside Scottish brews and the upstairs outdoor garden is a pleasant surprise.
