Our Take

The wood-fired oven pizza on the menu at this tiny little sweet spot at the tailend of SE Wine Row dazzles with a smoky charred flavor. Just seven options are listed on the menu with each hand-tossed thin crust base slathered with intensely flavored tomato sauce, and finished with fresh mozzarella. A brief menu of starters, salads and dessert rounds out the menu.

    I work there so i'm biased. I have worked as an artisan baker for over 13 years and i can honestly say that ken's techniques and equipment produce the best bread in the northwest if not the country.
