unixinit - 08/20/2009ARS (American Residential Services/Rescue Rooter) installed the HVAC system in my new-construction home outside of Leesburg. Myself and five of my neighbors have experienced multiple premature AC compressor failures within the first 2.5 years of ownership, costing thousands of dollars in repair costs. I called in the manufacturer of our equipment (York), who diagnosed the problem to an incorrectly installed temperature sensing valve.
I contacted ARS and they refuse to compensate for the mistake and the subsequent repairs that was caused by their incorrect installation. In addition, their prices are routinely 2-4x higher than other local HVAC providers. Stay away from them at ALL costs!Add Comment
