With over 30 toppings and about a dozen specialty pizzas, this carryout pizza parlor delivers, not only in terms of awards -- including placement in a recent Columbus Pizza Challenge -- but also in longevity. Opened in 1980, Bexley Pizza Plus has retained its humble location and decor. That's good news for the customers who shell out dough for the handmade crust and creative combos, such as chicken cacciatora, Greek (artichoke hearts, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese), three-mushroom or six-cheese. The 16-inch Supreme Pizza weighs almost five pounds, so avoid the scale after eating. Subway's Jared might also want to stay away from the piled-high Italian sub (with the Super version having twice as much meat and cheese), among several others (chicken, club, ham and cheese, meatball). A selection of salads and cheesy garlic bread rounds out the menu. As a bonus, every purchase comes with a coupon strip, or you can visit the Web site for discounts.

Since I found Bexley's Pizza Plus, I'll drive past at least 5 other pizza places just to get their pizza. It's the best and warms up the next day tasting even better!

This is the best pizza in the Columbus area. With over 30 different toppings, there isn't anything that you can't dream up, that you can't have. The freshest ingredients make this the very best pizza place!

It's a joke that some other Old places are getting more votes than Pizza Plus! I can understand Adriatico's being up there (#2!), but obviously, anyone voting for Tommy's or Masseys (YUCK!) simply hasn't tried Pizza Plus. It's the real deal, and I just hope they consider opening a place in Powell so I can save gas $! ;-) It's worth the drive though, no doubt, and I can't believe it's not getting more 'love' on citysearch this year. Treat yourself -- TRY PIZZA PLUS! Hands down, the best.

I really like their Pizza; at first I could not figure out what all of the fuss was about but after a time I have come to really appriceat their pie. The toppings are pleantiful, the crust is good and the staff is always cool. I was always a Tommys fan but those delicious grease filled cups (peparoni) finally got the best of me!! Bexley Pizza Plus is now my favorite. I still love Tommys but I got to steer away from their peps!!
