Adobe Gila's lures Easton's after-work crowd with a brightly painted interior, loud music, a cheerful staff and the cryptic motto, "Save the gila, drink tequila." The trademark sting comes from the margaritas, with a choice of over two dozen kinds of tequila. Those who like it sweet can go with a Blue Rita with curacao; the Raspberrita, which includes chambord and raspberry liqueur; or the Banana Coldata, which features bananas and a dash of Irish cream. Starters like deluxe chicken nachos and fried cheese-stuffed jalapeno poppers help absorb the liquids. bre6422 - 01/03/2007The only thing that I have to say .... Its real good food and the service is great ! The crowd is always young and they seem to be getting younger , but that's okay though , sometimes us old guy's get lucky, if you know what I mean... But all and all , its a good place to eat and to maybe meet someone special before that day or night is over .

This is a great place, but not when it's raining. The crowd's a little older (late 20s, early 30s), at least when I was there, anyway.

acidcamaro99 - 09/11/2002If you are looking for a smaller bar with tons of excitement, this is the place for you. It is located in Easton Towne Center so it is close to almost everything. There is a DJ there on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. There is Live music on Tuesdays and Fridays and Karaokee on Saturdays. The staff is great, very friendly and curteous. You are able to sit quietly at a table or at the bar or there is always a dance floor if you want to dance. They serve food during the day and drinks at night. It is just a great place to hang out.
