This Cleveland legend of the barbecue biz offers soul classics in portions large enough for a family banquet. Hot Sauce is a vivid looking enterprise painted in blues and pinks with quietly comfortable lighting inside. Those in a hurry can pick the popular take out option, in fact most diners do -- it's made even more convenient with the drive through window option. All of the soul standards are represented on the menu here, from the fried catfish dinner to Polish Boy combo, but the barbeque sauce is world famous, so go for the ribs. Tasty side dishes include candied yams, coleslaw, and mac and cheese. The roast beef dinner is served with a choice of two sides -- try it with corn on the cob and mashed potatoes.     My husband hails from Cleveland, and if he thinks he can take me there without a trip or two or three to Hot Sauce Williams, he has another think coming! I had never had a polish boy and cringed at the thought of french fries on bread, but BOY OH BOY!!!! THE BEST!!! Our motto: Life if short, eat dessert first. And that is exactly what we do while we wait for our food at Hot Sauce Williams...he eats at least 2 banana puddings (because his wife doesn't make it homemade), and I love the peach cobbler! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!

    Hoggys come on its a part of a national chain Hot Sauce is a great local resturant , how did some one rate Hot Sauce and not try there wings and fries covered in sauce or there shoulder sandwitch, also another local favorite Whitmores equal to Hot Sauce or better they will custom cook tukeys and fish , Super deserts and there own line of pop

    I ate there only once. Why? The food was not good and left a nasty after tatse in my mouth. The sauce isn't all that great but everything else was ok.
