When it comes to local flavor, diners may have it more than any other type of place. Regulars are the rule at these small eateries, and everybody seems to know everybody else. It's no different here. Seating is fairly limited and more than fairly simple, with four-top tables filling the restaurant opposite the bar. And it fills up fast at peak times. A handful of diners can sit outside and eat under the sun while cars whiz by on Clifton. Regulars will come in and plop down on one of the 10 or so barstools, where they can read their morning paper over breakfast or simply chit-chat with the waitresses as they hustle by. The food is quick, easy to fix and easier to eat -- a host of comfort foods with breakfast served all day, including eight varieties of omelets. Entrees range from the penne pesto pasta all the way up to the New York strip steak. Salads, soups and sandwiches span the menu as well. The entire menu is available for carry out.

    Their diner scramples are amazing. I don't know what they put in it but I'm not going to lie, I sometimes dream about it. Sad but true.

    My family loves this joint! Always great. Small but the ambience is cool. Burgers to die for. Everything is just great! Over the last few years, seems if maybe ownership/cooks have changes, but still always get great food & service.

    Crazy when busy - you've only got a foot or so between stools, tables. But waitresses are nice, hard-working, chefs/cooks are excellent, burgers are the best around (mouth-watering beef patties), great desserts, omelets to die for! Just a bunch of great people in a hectic atmosphere. If they can tolerate it, I guess so can you - the food is worth it! Check it out soon. (One the downside - I live nearby - careful walking around this time of year, and if walking, crazy traffic on Clifton. God Bless
