Actually, the clientele here includes a nice cross section of folks with one thing in common: a taste for fine barbecue. And the menu also offers food under the categories of "small grub," "from the ranch" and "things you don't rope." Under the heading "the Texas border," you'll find fish tacos, carne asada tacos and a smoked chicken burrito with smoked pit chicken, black beans, jack cheese, guacamole, pico and slaw.
