Love It!

Wow
This place has amazing food. A few of my friends told me about the place and we all went there. It was just perfect. Quiet restaurant, great waiters, awesome food. I'm not even a vegetarian and I was completely impressed. Just an overall great place.Add CommentVegetarian at it's best!
Having been a vegetarian for more years than I can remember, this is one of the best vegetarian restaurants we have ever been to. Everyone, vegetarian or not, loved their food, the service and the atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Superior dining experience. Wonderful wine pairings. Top of the line food.
Pretty and comfortable ambiance.unbelievable even if u aren't vegetarian
It's just as simple as that--you'll think of this restaurant even if you usually never ever consider vegetarian when contemplating what's for dinner. It's a nice atmosphere and perfect place for a date and you really don't feel like you're going out of the way to eat at some whacky veg. place. It makes mainstream veg. easy to swallow and tastes great!
I'M NOT VEGAN!

But, the food at Gobo was delicious. Usually I walk away from a vegetarian meal feeling unsatisfied and hungry. Gobo changed all that. The tofu in red curry was delicious...even the multi grain bread at the beginning of the meal was a treat. I went to the Gobo on 3rd ave. and 80th or 81st. Worth a repeat. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

Having to entertain a Vegan friend, we decided to try Gobo. WOW! For a carnivor like me I left not only satisfied, but wanting more. The textures, presentation and combinations were excellent. The coconut riceis a must try! The service was tops and the atmosphere is certain to relax even the most frenzied New Yorker. Being easy on the wallet was to coup de gras!
