As you might expect from a Wynn creation, this lavish, smoke-free buffet is larger than life. The never-ending lineup features seventeen live-action exhibition cooking stations that are manned by master chefs who create made-to-order dishes before your eyes. Three-egg omelets and pancakes topped with fresh fruit are among the leading breakfast choices, while lunch is a bit more casual, consisting of such choices as all-you-can-eat pizza, sandwiches and salads. The gourmet dinner buffet is impressive, with prime rib, boiled shrimp and smoked salmon headlining. The spacious dining room is flooded with natural light that streams in through huge glass windows and give a natural glow to blooming flowers and trees sitting in the corners. Comfortable booths and tables fill the multiple dining areas.

    the Wynn is the best. dont waste your money at anywhere else.

    I had to tell someone working at the Wynn buffet that their food made the buffet on the cruise ship I took to Alaska look like McDonalds.

    As a frequent visitor to Las Vegas I have sampled every buffet in Las Vegas and Henderson. The Wynn by far is the best in quality and taste of food. Many rate the Belagio the best, and I confess their layout is spectacular, but The Wynn food, layout, and service is a bit better. I too think Wynn should be number 1.

    We have tried almost all of the better buffet's in Vegas over the past few years but we love this one the best. It is outstanding. We think it should be #1!

    We enjoy the fabulous brunch here. The selection is huge and they will custom prepare omelettes and all of the meat selections to your liking. I had them create a lobster, crab, and cheese omelette that was the best I've ever eaten. We go there at least 3 times during each vacation now.
