Upscale diners enjoy imported fresh fish and traditional Japanese decor at this sushi hot spot.
Nestled in the midst of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, experience a stylish tranquil oasis of tantalizing Asian tastes and mouthwatering California sushi. The menu features California sushi and such modern Asian cuisine as monkfish pate wrapped in salmon and topped with caviar and uni, Japanese mushroom salad and mixed vegetable or seafood tempura.

In Short
Hip, young diners are greeted by minimalist, Zen decor consisting of bamboo, chiseled stone, dark wood and the sound of cascading water. The menu features traditional dishes like teriyaki and tempura, but the real draw is the sushi, made from fresh fish flown in daily. Specialties include seared yellowtail sashimi with ponzu and diced chilies, and baked lobster roll with creamy spicy sauce. Signature cocktails are available, like the cantaloupe martini.

BAD SERVICE, Very Dissapointed, would never recommend or come back!

Came in to the restaurant, seated, and given a wine list. No one came after that to take care of my order or even asked for my drink order. I was there for a bussiness trip but I was alone since my colleague left the day before. 15 minutes went by, NO ONE served me water or even asked me my order, not even gave me a dinner menu (I had to ask myself, even so, no one took care of my order, even after I tried to catch their attention). A group of 4 people came in. A waiter IMMEDIATELY asked for their drink order!!! Is one person bussiness not as important as 4 people? Is this how you treat your customer? My night was ruined and I was disappointed! I told the ladies at the front desk about it and they said "really?" as if they did not believe me. I left the restaurant because I felt that I was treated unfair and that my business was not important. Who wants to eat their food after that? I work for a large coorporate company and I don't recommend your restaurant at all to my colleagues, an yes, we do a lot of of business in Vegas!
Add CommentYou won't be disappointed!!!
We celebrated my 40th birthday there (on a whim) last year in Vegas and were impressed with the food and the service. We were back in Vegas again this year and insisted we eat there again. They have fantastic sushi options - and if sushi isn't your gig, there are many, many other options! The atmosphere is comfortable and has a "euro" flair. Excellent views of the strip and conveniently located. Try the seared yellow fin tuna or the wasabi encrusted sea bass...you absolutely will NOT be disapponted!
sooooo goooood

This the place my wife and I had been looking for in Vegas for years. We are from Hawaii so we must have great sushi wherever we go. People who love sushi....this is your Graceland. The service and the staff went all out to match the absolutely amazing view. We had so much fun we did not want the leave!! The crowd was hot and the energy was as good as it gets. We will be back save us a booth with a view.
Thanks,
DutchBest Sushi in Las Vegas

This is the best. We are frequent visitors to Vegas and always try the new Sushi Restaurants. Just went to Roku at the Forum Shops and was blown away. The food is as good as there restaurants in LA and the view of the strip was spectacular. Goodbuy to the attitude at Nobu, hello Sushi Roku
Absolute Favorite in Vegas

Absolutely Fabulous. In town from NYC, and ate at Roku last night. From the amazing views of the strip, to the quality of food and the servers, this was by far the best dinner in Vegas. We've been to Roku in LA and this is just as good. Thank you.
People Pleaser

I havent been a big sushi eater in my life but my husband loves it so I usually suffer once or twice a year. We went here because we went to the restaurant next door the night before (BOA) and since it is owned by the same people, I figured it had to be good. It was so wonderful! I had the rock shrimp jalepeno hand roll and it was so good! I didnt know how good sushi could be! My husband always gets the Chef's Sashimi combo when we get sushi and its always filled with the cheap stuff. NOT HERE! It had all of his favorites! The Kobe Beef Carpaccio was exquisite as was the Toro Toban Yaki. If you want to bring a group of people and have fussy eaters fear no longer because this place has something for everyone!!!!
love the LA
The service was awful...for the second time in two weeks....the server did not know his sushi....very pretty place though..but cannot relax when it takes forever for everything ..and then your party is not served at the same time
