Spago Las Vegas reflects the innovative culinary talents that made Wolfgang Puck's famous Beverly Hills restaurant a favorite amongst Hollywood's elite. Executive Chef Eric Klein updates the menus daily offering guests a variety of fresh fish, pasta and gourmet pizzas such as Puck's signature Smoked Salmon Pizza with Dill Cream, Black Caviar and Chives in the casual cafe and signature entrees such as Hand Made Sweet Corn Agnolotti with Parmigiano Reggiano, Mascarpone and Sage and the Wood-Grilled Organic King Salmon in the restaurant's elegant and refined main dining room. Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars, the casual "indoor" patio cafe is open for lunch and dinner and is great for people watching inside the Forum Shops. The main dining room is open daily for dinner only. Private dining also is available.

  • What a change!

Spago's hot again -- if you've not been since Eric Klein took over the kitchen, then it's time to go back. He's clearly cleaning out the cobwebs and giving things an extreme makeover cause the old girl's sizzling once more. I've been following this guy since he came to town -- and I am definitely a fan. This is clearly a better showcase for his talents than Fix -- what a waste. And Steve Wynn damn sure didn't deserve him. I'm looking forward to seeing him finally hit his stride here. Keep it up Chef! I met you in the dining room finally last week and was blown away by your tasting menu. Vegas and Wolfgnag are lucky to have you!

  • Wolfgang Puck's... I'll pass

Wolfgang Puck's is a crap shoot that I'd rather not gamble on... California lottery has better odds and costs less.

food took forever, it was so hot inside and humid, smelled like a locker room.

  • Very Good

    Review rating : 4out of 5   orbitmax - 08/05/2006

Had a lovely lunch at Spago. The service was good, the food was very good and the ambience was typical for Vegas. I too am a professional chef and I could see that a lot of work goes in to their food. Nothing outstanding, but we walked away happy we stopped in. Better food at Cheesecake Factory?? Not a chance!

  • SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH IT

    Review rating : 1out of 5   apich001 - 12/24/2005

My husband and I wanted to try a new place to dine what a mistake. The food is not good at all and overpriced. We should of gone to Smith & Wollensky or the Cheesecake factory. This resturant has too much hype and can not live up to it. Save your time and money and do not go here.

  • Spago's did nothing for Vegas

    Review rating : 1out of 5   tompeg8 - 11/28/2005

As a retired Marriott Executive Chef and a Professional I can say without hesitation that Spago's was made famous by the Hollywood Stars not the food. I dined in a few of his resturantsand the food is not worth talking about. The one in Fort Lauderdale was the worst.

  • Very Disappointing

    Review rating : 1out of 5   sparky5593 - 09/02/2005

We were on vacation in Vegas & decided to try this place out; what a mistake!! The service is horendous. We waited 30 minutes for our ceasar salad, which tasted like it had pure buttermilk on it. We sent it back. After another 30 minutes, our main course still was not out. We saw one of our meals (calzone) on the counter for 15 minutes. It never made it to our table. We got up and left. We will never go back there again.

  • Disappointing

    Review rating : 2out of 5   aef44 - 02/08/2005

Disappointing, tables too close(you could eat off the next table) service was inadequate, food wasn't all that. Prices very high. All in all a very disappointing experience.
