By all accounts, Sedona, the first offering from tennis star-turned-entrepreneur Andre Agassi, generates more buzz as a lounge than as a restaurant. Walk in on a Friday night and you'll find the place where Summerlin singles converge. It's not that Sedona isn't a great restaurant. The menu by former Gustav Mauler chef Michael Ingino is quite reasonable, with its seafood and modern American offerings (most entrees are less than $30), but the main bar is definitely Sedona's centerpiece, surrounded by comfy chairs and booths, mood lighting and plasma TVs that show anything from videos to the big game. For summer evenings, there's a circular outdoor lounge with a floating fire pit; and outdoor dining is available at umbrella-covered tables. Soft, muted colors, parquet floors and subtle touches such as paper lanterns and oval-shaped mirrors make Sedona a classy edition to Las Vegas nightlife.
