In yet another chapter in Las Vegass eternal quest to make good things better, the classy Teatro Euro Bar at the MGM Grand has morphed into Rouge, a slick cocktail bar designed by Adam Tihany. Upon entering the eye is immediately drawn to a towering wall of backlit glass bottles filled with champagnes, wines, beers and cordials. The chrome, shiny black and Ferrari red color scheme is reminiscent of a roulette wheel.
One of Rouges first claims to fame is the flavored ice cubes that add a little more potency to their liquid refreshments. If the males outnumber the females in this lively hangout, blame the sports on the plasma screens, the cigar menu and the sexy cocktail servers, who appear to have stepped out of the pages of European Vogue. Overpriced Poser Joint
The dweeb males easily outnumber the broads in this poser joint. All the guys seem to have the same routine, place the Beamer keys conspicously on the bar, and check the celly every 10 minutes, just in case a "very important" message was left. The females, as rare as they are in this place, are even more shallow, and certainly not worth the price of several overpriced drinks. Atmosphere-schmatmosphere...if the drinks are too pricey, and what few broads there, are either dogs, Divorced dogs, or Golddiggers, one can have substantilaay more fun, at a more reasonable price, at one of the many College-girl Hangouts close to the college.
