The best ambience anywhere
MHSpeights - 05/27/2008Everyone has been in a tall building and looked out the window. The Stratosphere tower is unlike any other perspective you have previously encountered. The entire design of the Romance Lounge's windows gives one the impression of looking down rather than out. It is dizzying to say the least. The lounge, which was redecorated in late 2005, is romantic in and of itself. The incredible musicians add a bit of nostalgia, not in the sense of being anachronistic, but of being surrounded by LIVE music...a rarity in today's world. The cocktails may be a bit expensive, but you get a good sized hand pour and that too is remarkably lacking at other forums in the Las Vegas valley where the gun shoots exact measurement. The value, rather than the price, should be the basis of comparison.
