Every new nightclub that makes its way onto the Vegas scene tosses around adjectives such as "classy" and "hip" like they were salt on fries. But when said nightclub is backed by celebrities such as Celine Dion, Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, Shaquille O'Neal and their handpicked staff, you know you're in for some extra special treatment. Enter PURE, a 36,000-square-foot, two-level paradise that consists of not one environment, but three. Upon entering, you're bathed in creams, ivories and silvers punctuated with hints of color from theatrical lighting. Oversized beds surround the main dance floor, for optimum "see and be seen" action.

Secluded from this main space is the VIP Red Room, with its own bar, chandeliers and upholstered walls. From there, guests can ride the glass elevator or ascend a spiral staircase to The Terrace (pictured), a year-round outdoor spot with another massive dance floor, cascading waterfalls, walls of fire and a million-dollar view of the Strip from four floors up.

Also inside the club is The Pussycat Dolls Lounge, which presents lingerie-clad dancers expressing themselves in oh so many inventive ways. The Dolls, originally led by Carmen Elektra, often present surprise celebrity guests, including Christina Aguilera, Charlize Theron, Gwen Stefani, Brittany Murphy, Christina Applegate, Eva Longoria and most recently, Willa Ford.

PURE's most popular nights include the Tuesday locals' night, and Friday nights which bring in local and international talents such as DJ Jazzy Jeff. PURE's popularity only seems to get bigger; it topped E! TV's 2005 list of hotspots in the U.S.

    Whoever says this is the number one hotspot is on crack. The door is a mess, and the music is terrible. The flow of the club is off, and it's difficult to move from space to space. The only thing this club has going for it is the patio, but even that's a stretch since there's no place to dance. Take your money elsewhere.

    -Had free passes to get in. They got rejected because of a "special event." However, when I asked the bouncer what the event is, he couldn't answer me.

    -WOULD NOT give free water. Had to pay 8 dollars to get a overpriced bottle of water for a dehydrated girlfriend. REDICULOUS.

    -Got there at 9:20, club opens at 10:00...didn't get in until 10:30.

    -Can't sit down anywhere. Scenery is very unimpressive.

    -VIP area takes up more space that the regular area.

    MY SISTER AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE PURE. NO COVER-NO LINE- PATRONS, BARTENDERS AND SECURITY -TOTALLY COOL! THESE LADIES FROM DETROIT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURE!

    place is a joke, able to slide past huge line of wanna-bees because we "knew" someone. rude, un-fun bouncers every 15 feet who dont let you stand, keep you herding with the rest of the up tight people, and make you pay "for a bottle" = $500 to sit down. Oh, if you want to sit in a good area, couch, etc it's 4 bottles.

    after waiting hours in line, avoiding rude bouncers, we found ourselves paying exhorbitant prices for watered down drinks. no room to dance and a huge line to see the restroom. If you want to line someone's pockets with your suffering, go ahead.

    we got there late (past 11) so we had to drop $300 in addition to our VIP passes for 16 of us to not wait in a giant line. extremely crowded on the main floor with celebrity spottings: Seth Green n Mario Lopez. ***** Cat Dolls show pretty cool. upstairs outdoors less crowded n pretty chill with a great view.

    suggestion: for some elbow room / personal space throw down the extra $$ for your own VIP table n some drinky drink n get there early!!
