Message from Prime Steakhouse

Superstar Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten raises steakhouse dining to new heights at PRIME, located at lakeside with views of the fountains and lights of Las Vegas. Brimming with Baccarat chandeliers, plush furnishings and gilt galore, PRIME evokes the charms of a luxurious 1930s-style speakeasy. The wine cellar is deep with great California reds and first-growth Bordeaux, and the adjoining outdoor patio is a lovely setting for handcrafted cocktails and cigars. Named "Best Steakhouse in Las Vegas" by Las Vegas Life magazine, PRIME may well be the grandest, most romantic steakhouse on earth! Indeed Travel & Leisure magazine suggested, "they should issue engagement rings at the coat-check!"Visit Citysearch.com

Editorial Review

The magnificent views and sophisticated culinary excellence surpass what you might expect from a casino steakhouse.

In Short
The timeless beauty and grandeur of this elegant steakhouse includes Baccarat chandeliers, velvet draperies and powder-blue marble floors. The breathtaking large windows are the focal point and offer patrons a front-row seat for the Bellagio's trademark dancing-fountain show. Steaks come with six types of mustard and five sauces--all adding complexity to any cut. The signature steak is the veal porterhouse with kumquat-pineapple chutney and caramelized cauliflower. Desserts include chocolate cake with a warm, gooey center.

What to Drink
Treat yourself to a $1,050 shot of Chivas Royal Salute. It was bottled and launched in 1953 in honor of the newly-crowned Queen Elizabeth II.

Where to Sit
Request a romantic spot by the open window and watch the Bellagio fountains dance while you dine.

Know Before You Go
Reserve your table well in advance. On the outside terrace, however, you can enjoy appetizers, desserts and wine while overlooking Lake Bellagio without calling ahead.

This WILL be the most sensational dining I will ever experience. Very expensive, but the food and service live up to your expectations of what such an expensive restaurant should be. The wait stuff was ultra-attentive (we had 3 waiters for our party of 2) and our view of the fountains at Bellagio was magnificent. A truly opulent dining experience that I will not forget.

I definately would give this restaurant 5 stars. I just couldn't believe the atmosphere, it was without a doubt the best and I mean the BEST restaurant I've ever had dinner in!
You have to try it some night when you're in Vegas at least once! I had the filet mignon for dinner and it was positively phenomenal, I'm not kidding you either, the knife just touched the steak and it cut! I was in heaven with everything the waiter brought out. You would not
    believe this fabulous
restaurant. The waitstaff couldn't have been more helpful. Go there some night, you'll be glad you listened to me! Wait until you see this place, it's just wonderful, I thought it was just out of this world!
