There's no sign at the door of Blueberry Hill reading "You must be 55 or over to enter" but this 24-hour restaurant is famous for its "Senior Specials," which include soup, salad, main course, drink and dessert -- all for under $6. Besides being a favorite of bargain hunters and folks on a fixed income, Blueberry Hill is also frequented by diners with special dietary restrictions. A low-fat menu calculates calories and grams of fat content, though even the most weight-conscious customer might be tempted by the wonderful homemade pies for dessert. Equally popular at breakfast, lunch and dinner, Blueberry Hill is a smart dining choice for those enjoying their golden years, and those who are on their way. -- David Hofstede

    • Have Dessert or Appetizer before your Breakfast

      Review rating : 4out of 5   Heathersossy - 05/30/2008

I always eat eggs and toast and I am satisfied with my breakfast but if you go to Blueberry Hill, you have to have the Alaskan Pie to feel satisfied before your eggs and toast. A Crunchy waffle with vanilla icecream, yummy strawberries and whipcream is a great combination that appeals to most pallates. I LOVE IT.

    • Love the Mexican Skillet

      Review rating : 4out of 5   lemonhed60 - 09/03/2007

My husband and I have been into the one on Sunset and Green Valley Pkwy. many times. I love the mexican skillet. Just the right amount of food. Potatoes, taco meat, 3 eggs (any way you want them), cheese, tomatoes and onions. Also comes with a green salsa that is to die for. Now we take our grandson with us, he is 3.
      great childrens menu!!!

    • Founf A Hair in My Eggs!

Will not be returning. I found a large hair in my scrambled eggs.

    • Great Pancakes

      Review rating : 4out of 5   daveshugg22 - 03/01/2007

We tried the Pancakes, French Toast, Eggs Benetict, and Two over easy recently and Pancakes won hands down! The bacon and sausage were hot and fresh, as was the toast for the egg entrees and the home fries, but the pancakes were as good as I have ever had. The service was very friendly. Best of all, we (all five of us) got out for under fourty dollars including tax and a generous tip.

    • A SAFE parking lot.

      Review rating : 5out of 5   lasvegasjewelers - 01/12/2007

I live in Las Vegas near the Decatur Bl. location and I can tell you that the parking lot is the safest in the neighborhood. Why? Because the Metro Police officers take their "Code 6's" here and you can be sure to see a lot of police cars parked anytime of the day and night. The police like the food because the portions are hefty and the prices are fair. The locals who frequent this breakfast house don't have to worry about getting jumped at 2 in the morning by parking lot bandits.

    • Slow service, dirty dishes

      Review rating : 2out of 5   larnortevegas - 12/22/2006

We ate at three different Blueberry Hill places at least 4 times in past year. Terrible service, dirty coffee cups, dont use Splenda sweetner in all places. Mexican help talk too much to customers. First 2 places, E. Charleston and E.Flamingo really turned us off, so we tried a few months later, and worse. IHOP is much much better all around. BlueberryHill on E. Charleston wont last. The staff not friendly and just not a good place. Dennys is terrible, but B'Hill worse.
