If you want to talk about staying power, pay a visit to Chan's Dragon Inn. Over 40 years after it opened its doors, this over-the-top institution has benefited from gaudy tiki decor, a central location and consistent Polynesian-Chinese food. Traditional Chinese dishes provide a solid foundation and have been the heart of Chan's existence, but fun Polynesian dishes like royal seafood Hawaii put some spice into predictable Cantonese dishes like moo shoo pork and chicken with broccoli. The pu-pu platter has enjoyed a great run as a go-to starter dish here, but Chan's has also showed a penchant for staying modern with offerings like Grand Marnier shrimp and teriyaki-bathed fish dishes. Chan's main dining room is always a gas for a family night out as huge tiki masks, bright plastic flowers and taxidermy-ed blowfish lamps are among the adornments.

Delicious Food
I was introduced to this place about a year ago. The food here is the best. I ordered wonton soup and they put in big slices of pork in with the wontons. Every time I go, I always get the same thing which is the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken has a great coating and its crispy. They give you huge portions here and I have yet to finish everything thats on my plate. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves Chinese food!

Chans is truly #1
I live in Mercer County, but when I visit family or friends up north, this is a must-go-to place. The absolute best chinese food in the state, hands down. Good food, good prices, good drinks, with that fun, umbrella in your drink type of look.
