In 2000, the movie 'Coyote Ugly' shone its unflinching documentarian's gaze on the then-novel phenomenon of slinky women bartenders pounding shots and dancing on the bar. To a whole generation of North Jersey college grads -- especially from William Paterson and Montclair State -- it was a grievous insult. This was how they partied all along -- especially at Fatso Fogarty's. With no cover on Wednesdays and Saturdays, this roadside bunker serves up enough cheap domestic draft and Jell-O shots to get the collective student body in motion. This is a bar where students can unwind from a grueling week of studying (or not studying) by drinking cheap beer, screaming to each other over the din of the music and just getting plain rowdy. snd026 - 02/15/2006hot bartenders on wednesday nights, cheap drinks and cool music. u cant ask for more. the crowd ranges from college to 80's generation. always a good time here check it out. once u see the hot bartenders on wed. nights u will definitely stay.

BEWARE THE COPS OF NORTH ARLINGTON!Great sleezy watering hole. Get sloshed, party but call a cab. I've seen lots of dudes get nailed by cops there.

zero1733 - 11/19/2004fatso's is a great place to hang out. the music is cool and the bartenders are, generally, attractive. it is a bit run down on the inside, but if you can deal with the peanut shells on the floor and the vomit in the toilets, you'll love it. beer pong tournaments on wed. nights and 80's nights on sat. can't beat. give ita shot for a fun night. go TEAM CHICKEN!

echomore - 11/18/2004Cheap beers, slutty waitresses, and a dirty bar. Perfect together. Alot of slack-jawed yokel locals, though. And I heard they used to have turtle races but not anymore. Nothing funnier than watching turtles race when your wasted! Oh ya, and North Arlington cops SUCKKKK. They sit outside the bar and wait to ruin your night...DICKS!
