The food I have eaten at Fat Jack's has been excellent! The pork, chicken sandwiches and ribs are mouth watering! The burgers can't be beat. The food is always cooked to perfection. My family really looks forward to meals from Fat Jacks. If you haven't tried their food - you are really missing out! Try all the selections. Mouth watering delites. The excellent staff adds to the experience. Way to go!!!

My family really looks forward to meals from Fat Jacks. The food is ready in record time, always hot and fresh! If you haven't tried their food - you are really missing out!

Fat Jack's has awesome BBQ. They have such delicious and yummy meats, sides, and desserts. I especially love their ribs. My suggestion is getting a full slab, half wet and and half dry rub, so you can try both of the flavors. Their food is yummy. Everything is cooked wonderfully, and they don't miss a beat. Definitely try it!!!

Not only does my family visit the Washington Twp location at least once a week we even had them cater my sons graduation...It was absolutely the hit of the party...We had ribs, brisket and pulled pork and our guests continued to rave about the food...I would reccommend FAT JACKS BBQ to anyone who LOVES southern style BBQ...

Found that while the BBQ is okay...service is almost non-existant if you want to eat there. Staff just isn't really qued into beyond take-out. And it's rather expensive as opposed to the "medium" price range you have listed.

I dont know where the other reviewers went, but I had a nice lunch at Fat Jacks. The place was clean and had other patrons
in the store. Pulled pork was great and the sides were fresh. This is BBQ we are talking about not the Striped Bass. Lip smackin' good.

Disappointing

Once again based on your recommendation, this time travelling to NJ, we found fair at best BBQ. I really wonder who votes for these places. Fat Jacks is in a strip mall, no decor, messy tables and we were the only ones there. I asked at the counter if they had been busy eariler and was told we were the first customers of the day. Who dirtied the tables? And the sauce containers were even worse. Now the bbq.
The ribs were over cooked and tasteless. No cooking smells in the store. When was this stuff made, and where? No answer. We asked about the 100 awards and where they were won? Once again the counter girl didn't have an answer. She did have an answer when we asked about the other stores, "this increasingly popular chain" as you quoted. According to the girl there are no other stores, as least not that she knows about. We will be picking and choosing where we go a lot more carefully in the future and not using City Guide. Ben Johnson
