Ciao! It's pizza and pasta Sicilian style.

In Short
This is one of those comfortable Italian neighborhood joints where the owner will greet you with a cheerful "Ciao!" whether he knows you or not. The dining room is a red-hued, softly lit, casual space where diners enjoy heaping bowls of spaghetti. Portions are generous and prices hover around $7 for a pasta dish and $10 for a specialty like musselsover pasta.

What To Drink
Carafes of wine are hard to come by in the Triangle, but here you can order a half carafe of the house red or white for $8.50. The cappucino is $2.50 a pop, so you may consider a cup of the regular brew at 75 cents.

We love the old stand by-pepperoni. It's simplicity makes it unbelievable! Great atmosphere, but it can get cramped on a weekend or rush hour. Great staff and friendly owners. All entrees are good, but you can't go wrong with pepperoni pizza!

  • Friendly Server-Average Food

I went to dinner with two friends and chose the Fettucine Alfredo. The alfredo sauce was average. Not quite enough salt for my taste and I didn't detect a hint of nutmeg. (Also no freshly grated parmesan cheese to top it with)

  • Delicious & Friendly

My wife pronounced their lasagna to be the best she ever tasted. It has far more cheese than any I have eaten elsewhere.
The pizzas are the best in the Triangle.
The atmosphere is relaxed and neighborly, and the management is very friendly.
