Bad Management
I also had trouble with the management at therapy. I was enjoying some nice but way overpriced martinis outside. The table was wobbley and when one person put there arm on the table my drink went flying. Management then came outside and tried to take all of our drinks and told us to leave. He complained that the glasses were very expensive and was very rude. But I also lost a $18 drink in the process and it was clearly not my fault that the drink had fallen. I will NEVER go there again. They definitely need new management.
Add CommentManagement Lacks Decorum

Recently I popped into Therapy to grab a late lunch. I ordered a salad to go. When I was finally ready to have the salad liquid had to be drained from it and the lettuce was wiltered. I contacted the restaurant to inform them I would return the salad. I presented the salad to 2 staff members and was informed a Manager is required to do the return (during lunch/dinner). I was told to leave my credit card information on the receipt. Or I could return during those 2 time frame. I contacted the Manager and was informed only the company Accountant can transact a return. He also indicated he could not transact a return for the salad based on my word the salad was not edible. I pointed out the salad was presented to 2 staff members. A company should use keen discretion when hiring management.
